Pekka Litmanen

Pekka Litmanen is a seasoned professional in customer experience and strategy, currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at Verkkokauppa.com Oyj since October 2021 and as a Board Member at NiceHouse LKV Oy since January 2024. As the founder of a customer strategy advisory since August 2018, Pekka specializes in transforming companies from product-centric to customer-centric approaches and enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Previous roles include SVP at SOK overseeing customer relationships and loyalty, Vice President of Customer Experience at Alko Oy, and Director of Development at Elisa, where Pekka managed customer service processes and best practices. Pekka holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Aalto University and a BBA in ICT from Haaga-Helia University.
