Marie-Laure Hespel

Marie-Laure Hespel is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and digital HR initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Verlinvest since March 2022, Marie-Laure has held key positions at Spadel as Group Rewards and Digital HR Manager, and at Danone in various roles, including Head of Reward Benelux. Previous experience includes HR Team Leader & Comp&Ben Advisor at ENTSO-E and Tax Manager Human Capital at Ernst & Young. Marie-Laure’s career began at ING as an ING DEFI Advisor and includes earlier roles as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School, Post Graduate in HR Management from Ichec Brussels Management School, and a Master in Tax Management also from Solvay Brussels School. Additional education includes participation in the Erasmus Programme at Maastricht University.
