Brad Ausman has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. From 2018 to present, they worked at Vermeer Corporation as a Lead Product Manager, where they developed the strategic direction for global product lines, conducted market research, and managed product release cycles. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, Brad worked at Trace Consulting as a Principal, Product Development and Training, where they provided technical development and strategic guidance for clients, including the launch of a new computer-based testing system. From 2008 to 2017, Brad worked at ACT in various roles, including Program Director and Product Manager, where they were responsible for product development, strategy execution, and improving educational achievement. In terms of certifications, Brad obtained the Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) certification from Human Factors International in 2014, and the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) certification from the same institution in 2013. Brad also completed the "Emotional Intelligence: Cultivating Immensely Human Interactions!" course on Coursera in 2023 and obtained the Practical Product Management certification from Pragmatic Marketing in 2013.
