Jeff Burzynski

Jeff Burzynski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1996, they worked as a Software Engineer at GTE Government Systems. In 1997, they joined Monsanto Company as a Technical Lead, Project Manager, and Consultant until 2000. Jeff then worked at CuraHealth as the Vice President of Development in 2001. From 2001 to 2016, they held multiple positions at Monsanto Company, including IT Change Management Lead, US Row Crop IT - Data Engagement Lead, and Claims/Marketing Team Lead. In 2014, they championed and implemented a leadership development program with IT Commercial VP and senior leaders. In 2016, they founded Reach Leadership Potential, LLC, where they provided coaching, training, and speaking services to individuals and businesses. Jeff is currently the Director of IT at Vermeer Midwest since 2018.

Jeff Burzynski has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from McKendree University. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Prosci - Change Management from Prosci in June 2015.
