Chris McConnell

Chris McConnell is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the State of Vermont. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Chittenden Bank. Chris holds a degree from Purchase College, SUNY, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and has furthered education at the University of Virginia.
