Karen Keem

Karen Keem is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of HR and HR Business Partner at Taste Original since June 2022. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a People Partner at Butcher's Pet Care for a short tenure in early 2022. Karen has a strong background in HR management, having held positions such as Human Resources Manager UK and HR Manager for Europe Affiliates at Roquette, as well as Human Resources Manager at Unipart Powertrain Applications Limited from 2014 to 2019. The career also includes significant experience at Weetabix in various HR-related roles. Karen holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from De Montfort University, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
