Patrick Scheld is an experienced professional in community development and grant management, currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager for the State of Vermont since January 2017. Patrick oversees a small team of Grant Administrators to ensure eligibility and compliance for State-CDBG funds at the Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development and the Vermont Community Development Program. Previous roles include positions as a Community Development Specialist and Grants Management Specialist focused on disaster recovery.
