Tracy Collier

Tracy Collier is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager III for the Public Service Department at the State of Vermont, a position held since June 2021. In this role, Tracy administers the Emergency Relief Assistance Program, focusing on aiding Vermonters with utility bills during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Administrator from December 2015 to June 2020, overseeing an $8.9 million federal grant program aimed at reducing employment barriers for 3SquaresVT program participants.
