Alison Donovan

Alison is a managing consultant who focuses on VEIC’s Low-Income work. The benefits of clean energy are clear. Alison works with energy offices, utilities, and foundations to ensure the most vulnerable populations aren’t left behind.

Alison leads VEIC’s Zero Energy Modular (ZEM) program which brings healthy, affordable, and environmentally beneficial modular homes to low-income home buyers around the country.

When working with new clients, Alison does her homework to understand goals, hurdles, and pinpoint existing resources that can be leveraged. Her approach results in highly-effective programs that naturally integrate into existing state programs.
