Chris Baker

Chris Baker is a seasoned professional in business development and energy analysis with extensive experience in the architecture and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at VEIC since April 2024, Chris previously held significant roles at Willdan, including Director of Marketing and Business Development and Project Executive, from March 2019 to April 2024. Prior experiences include Project Executive at The Weidt Group, where Chris specialized in energy and daylighting analysis for commercial and multifamily projects, and an Energy Specialist role focused on building energy performance analysis. Chris's earlier career includes architectural and engineering internships at Domain Design Build, University of Kansas, and Black & Veatch, providing a strong foundation in design and system engineering. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and dual Bachelor's degrees in Architectural Engineering and Architecture from The University of Kansas.
