Marc Mihaly

Marc Mihaly is a Board Member at Vermont Energy Investment Corporation. Marc was previously a Professor and Associate Dean for the Environmental Program at Vermont Law School from January 2004 to December 2012. Prior to that, they were Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Partner at Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger LLP from January 1980 to December 2004. Marc began their career as a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice from January 1976 to December 1980. Marc then worked as a Staff Attorney at The Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County from September 1974 to September 1976. Marc began their professional career as a Peace Corps Volunteer from January 1969 to December 1971.

Marc Mihaly has a JD from the University of California School of Law, a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and Literature from Harvard College, and they attended Walnut Hills High School.
