Erin Philbrick has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as a Multifamily Management Officer at Vermont Housing Finance Agency since February 2001. Prior to this role, Erin worked as an Occupancy Manager at Vermont State Housing Authority from August 1998 to February 2001. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Art with a focus on Sculpture, complemented by a minor in Child Psychology, obtained from Plymouth State University between 1991 and 1995.
