Mia Watson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in housing finance and management. Currently serving as the Special Programs Manager at Vermont Housing Finance Agency since December 2017, Mia oversees the Weatherization Repayment Assistance Program and actively explores new financing resources while supporting investor relations. Previous roles include Research and Communications Coordinator, where Mia managed agency communications and co-authored the 2020 Vermont Housing Needs Assessment, and various positions at the University of Vermont that focused on financial and human resource support. Mia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor's degree from McGill University.
