Prior experience includes serving as Claim Manager at Chittenden Insurance and as a Claim Representative at Maine Bonding & Casualty, where responsibilities included workflow delegation and investigation of workers' compensation claims. Kelly holds an Associate in Claims degree and graduated from Burlington High School in 1987.
