Ruthann Sullivan

Ruthann Sullivan has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications. Ruthann has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Information Technology Infrastructure at Vermont Mutual Insurance Group, Director of Telecommunications at the State of Vermont, Vice President of Information Technology at BlackRock Solutions, Director of Architecture and Planning at MetLife, and Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at State Street Research.

Ruthann has extensive experience in managing teams, planning and implementing technology projects, and ensuring operational excellence. Ruthann'sroles have involved responsibilities such as developing effective voice and network computing environments, leading project management initiatives, and overseeing crisis management and business continuity planning. Ruthann has also been involved in the integration of IT systems, the transition to Voice over IP systems, and the development and implementation of IT security policies.

Ruthann Sullivan attended Nichols College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Later, in 2009 and 2010, they attended the Snelling Center for Government, specifically the Vermont Leadership Institute, to further their education in the field of Leadership.
