Cindy Rodriguez

Cindy Rodriguez, MPA, SHRM-SrCP, serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Vermont Public since July 2024. Cindy co-founded Adirondack Diversity Solutions LLC in March 2018, focusing on diversity and inclusion strategic planning, employee recruitment and retention, and workplace climate surveys for local businesses and nonprofits. Previous roles include Senior Manager of People Planning & Operations at WBUR, Director of Diversity and Inclusion at SHRM - New York State, HR Transformation & Expansion Consultant at Capital Group, and various HR positions at Tompkins Financial Corporation and Cornell University. Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Latin American Studies from Cornell College.
