Jules Duguay

Jules Duguay is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of USA Operations at Vermont Slate Company, LLC since February 2023. Previously, Jules held the position of General Manager for the Southeast region at Cornerstone Building Brands from January 2021 to January 2023. As Vice President Americas at Serge Ferrari, Jules successfully restructured the business to improve organizational efficiency and profitability. From 2005 to 2017, Jules was the General Manager at Mermet Corp., managing a $50 million business and implementing strategies that achieved consistent revenue growth. Prior roles include General Sales Manager at Monteferro America and various engineering and managerial positions at Gerdau and Dominion Bridge Corporation. Jules earned an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
