Dianne Gross Percy

Dianne Gross Percy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dianne began their career as a Resource Teacher at Morristown Elementary School from 1981 to 1984. Dianne then worked as a Consulting Teacher at Waterbury Elementary School from 1984 to 1987. Dianne continued their career at Milton Town School District, where they served as a Consulting Teacher from 1987 to 1997. During this time, they also held the role of Data, Assessment, and Public Relations Coordinator from 1997 to 2001. In 2001, Dianne started their own company, PercAbilities, LLC, where they operated as the Owner until 2012. Dianne conducted training seminars and coached individuals and groups to strengthen workplace performance. In 2012, Dianne joined Vermont State University, assuming the role of Director, Business Learning & Development. Dianne taught leadership skills and conducted soft-skill training and development workshops for various organizations. Dianne also provided coaching to individuals and small groups to enhance their workplace performance.

Dianne Gross Percy holds a Master's degree in Consulting Teacher/Learning Specialist from the University of Vermont, which they obtained from 1982 to 1985. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Education from the same university, from 1977 to 1981. Dianne also holds various additional certifications in areas such as leadership, workplace transparency, emotional agility, and crucial conversations.
