Karen Pilkington

Karen Pilkington is currently the Head of HR at Vernacare, where Karen is dedicated to transforming standards within healthcare environments worldwide. Prior to this role, Karen was the Owner/Director of The HR Dept Bolton, providing outsourced HR solutions to small to medium businesses in the Bolton area. With a background as an HR Business Partner in various companies such as Ultra Electronics and Vernacare, Karen has a strong foundation in human resources management. Karen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BSc Hons in Social Sciences from Leeds Beckett University.
