Deepankar Agrawal

Deepankar Agrawal started their work experience in 2016, where they worked as a Summer Intern at Citi. Here, they developed a SPRING based web application prototype for a daily commute service for employees. Deepankar focused on finding the nearest available vehicle for an employee in case they missed their bus.

In 2016, Deepankar also worked as a Backend Intern at Vernacular.ai. During this time, they designed the full database Schema for a chatbot platform that was integrated over various channels such as Facebook, Android, and the Web.

Since 2017, Deepankar has been working at Vernacular.ai as a Full Stack Engineer. Their current role involves designing the core platform for call center automation, handling high scale and implementing ML features. Deepankar has also set up a data infrastructure from scratch for analytics and reporting. Additionally, they have designed and implemented speech to text services and software development kits (SDKs) in various languages.

Deepankar Agrawal attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2013 to 2017. Deepankar pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering during their time at the institute.
