Fabio Braz

Fabio Braz is an accomplished legal and corporate development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Verne since March 2025, Braz has previously held significant positions including Group CEO Office and Chief of Staff at Liquid Telecom from March 2017 to November 2024, and Legal Advisor at Econet Wireless International from November 2014 to March 2017, as well as at Katanga Mining Services (SA) Pty Ltd and Katanga Mining Services South Africa. Starting a career as an Attorney at Yammin Hammond Inc, specializing in commercial litigation and general commercial law, Braz possesses a strong background in contract drafting and negotiation. Educationally, Braz holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained from 2005 to 2009.
