Ginny Moore

Ginny Moore is a seasoned professional in organization development and learning, currently serving at Vernon Memorial Healthcare since June 2022. In addition to this role, Ginny Moore has been the Foundation Director at The Richland Hospital Inc. since May 2019. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Gundersen Health System from April 2011 to May 2019, and as Director of Learning and Development at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center from January 2004 to April 2011. Ginny Moore began their career in education at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, where various instructor and administrative roles were held from March 1987 to January 2004. Academically, Ginny Moore is pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holds a Master of Fine Arts in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University, and has obtained certifications including Green Belt Lean Certification in Healthcare. Ginny Moore also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
