Dicken Thomas has a strong background in operations and program management, having held various leadership positions in companies such as Vernost Marketing Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Infinia Services and Solutions, and Commerce Bay Pvt. Ltd. Prior to these roles, Dicken also gained experience in online sales and distribution at Thomas Cook India Limited and in customer service at Emirates Airline. Dicken holds an MBA in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management and a BCOM in Financial Accounting and Economics from the University of Mumbai.
