Ryan Gilley

Ryan Gilley has a long and successful career in business. In 2020, they became a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Vernovis, a locally owned and operated staffing and solutions firm. At Vernovis, they work closely with tech and financial leaders to complete mission-critical projects on time and on budget. Prior to this role, they were a Founding Member of the Hoody Memorial Fund in 2016. In 2010, they began working as a Corporate Mentor for the Miami Sales Challenge at the Miami University Farmer School of Business and a Guest Lecturer for MKT 491 at Miami University. Before this, Gilley was a National Strategic Account Executive and Account Executive at Aerotek from 2007.

Ryan Gilley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Decision Sciences (Business Statistics) from Miami University between 2001 and 2005.
