Prior to founding Vero AI, Eric held executive positions at Modern Hire and Shaker International, where Eric led research, development, and innovation teams and worked closely with Fortune 500 clients to create cutting-edge selection tools. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Eric has a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics.
