Richard Ching

Richard Ching has over 20 years of experience in software development and engineering. Richard started their career at Xerox Corporation as a Senior Web Developer, where they worked on web-based document management systems. Richard later became a Development Manager, leading a team to produce a print shop workflow productivity suite. In 2011, Richard joined Veros Real Estate Solutions (Veros) as a Software Architect and eventually became the Director of Software Architecture, managing teams to host SaaS platforms used by thousands of lenders. Currently, Richard holds the role of VP, Engineering at Veros, overseeing the technical aspects of the company.

Richard Ching holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching, Machine Learning Specialization, and several Microsoft and AWS certifications.
