Saad Inam

Saad Inam is the current Vice President of Credit at Versa Bank. Saad has held this position since November of 2017. Prior to joining Versa Bank, Saad was the Director of Structured Finance at Stonebridge Financial Corporation from March 2013 to November 2017. Saad's responsibilities at Stonebridge Financial Corporation included underwriting Mid-Market commercial lending deals and coaching and training three Mid-Market credit analyst trainees.

Before joining Stonebridge Financial Corporation, Saad worked as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst at BMO Financial Group from April 2008 to February 2013. During their time at BMO Financial Group, Saad was responsible for underwriting Mid-Market commercial lending deals, developing credit structures, completing annual reviews, negotiating security structures, and coaching and training three Mid-Market credit analyst trainees.

Prior to working at BMO Financial Group, Saad was a Financial Advisor at TD from May 2007 to April 2008.

Saad Inam has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Schulich School of Business - York University in the field of finance and financial management services. Saad also has a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Toronto Mississauga.

They work with Steve Creery - VP, Credit, Ross Duggan - SVP, Commercial Lending. Saad Inam reports to Nick Kristo, Chief Credit Officer.
