Leo Couto

Leo Couto has had a diverse range of work experience. From 2020 to 2020, they worked at Meltwater as a Sales Development Representative and later as a Sales Executive. In these roles, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining new business relationships with C-Level Executives and consulting them on communications and marketing strategies.

In 2021, Couto joined Amaris Consulting as an Account Manager. Leo was involved in various business management activities, such as coaching and managing the business unit, identifying potential customers, negotiating contracts, and responding to calls for tenders. Leo also played a role in HR management, including participating in the recruitment process and overseeing the career development of consultants and managers.

Currently, Couto is working at Versa Networks as a Business Development Representative and the Business Development Team Lead for the Americas. In this position, they focus on bridging the gap between network and security teams and helping them utilize software-based networking and security solutions. Leo is responsible for leading partners' development, enabling channels sales, and managing key accounts in Brazil.

Leo Couto completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ottawa University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2017, they attended the University of the Cumberlands for their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree, although it is not specified in which field of study. Additionally, Leo Couto obtained the ZoomInfo Sales Certification from ZoomInfo in December 2021.
