Swati Snata Panda started their work experience as a Software Test Engineer at Neurosynaptic Communications Private Limited in September 2013. Swati Snata held this role until January 2017. In October 2020, they joined Versa Networks as a Software Engineer In Test, where they are currently working.

From 2007 to 2011, Swati Snata Panda attended Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
