Engineering Project Manager at Mini-Circuits

Arnu Felix has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. In 2014, they worked as an Entrepreneur, designing steel welded hot-dipped galvanized industrial equipment for the U.S fishing industry. Arnu then joined Dooba Inc. as a Lead Designer, where they functioned as a co-founder and Director of Operations, responsible for writing HTML and CSS code and designing a prototype version of the company's logistics products.

In 2016, Arnu worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Industrias Galvanizadoras Prozinc, where they designed high-volume steel welded hot dipped galvanized racks, grids, containers, and shelves and led the shop floor team towards the completion of projects and production targets.

Arnu later joined Chromalloy in 2019 as a Production Specialist, conducting various operations such as tack-welding, epoxy application, and machining in composite manufacturing OEMs for commercial aircraft turbines.

From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Space Micro Inc. as a Production Planner, creating routing steps and calculating materials, equipment, and labor requirements for the production and assembly of radiation-hardened satellite PCBA subsystems and other space electronics.

Arnu then joined Viasat Inc. in 2021 as a Production Materials Planner, where they reconciled material transactions, introduced new products, and coordinated outsourcing efforts for embedded Link 16 terminals. Arnu also worked as a Project Planner at Viasat, where they coordinated procurement, prototyping, and production efforts for a national security project worth 140 million dollars.

Currently, Arnu is an Engineering Project Manager at Mini-Circuits, where they provide project status updates, leads the productization of new technologies, and establishes standard methodologies and new process initiatives within program management.

Arnu Felix has a diverse educational background with a focus on engineering and the study of science and technology. From 2021 to 2023, Arnu attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2019, Arnu studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology. Additionally, from 2012 to 2016, Arnu completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Furthermore, Arnu gained expertise in the field of Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management through studies conducted at The University of British Columbia from 2014 to 2015. In terms of certifications, Arnu obtained an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in June 2021. Overall, Arnu Felix's educational background spans multiple disciplines and emphasizes a strong technical foundation in engineering and the study of science and technology.
