Prior to this role, Oscar held the position of Plant Manager at Versa Products, Inc. from May 1996 to the present, showcasing long-term dedication to the company. Oscar began their career at SIMENS, where from September 1990 to February 1996, the role of Lead Welder/Fabrication was undertaken, providing a strong foundation in welding and manufacturing processes.
