Caroline Ann Semple

Caroline Ann Semple has a diverse and extensive work experience in the luxury fashion and beauty industry. Caroline Ann began their career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 1997 as a Retail Trainer and later became a Retail Training Coordinator. In 2007, they joined Gucci as the Retail Training Manager for Europe & Middle East and subsequently became the Corporate Product Training Manager. In 2017, they worked at Stella McCartney as the Worldwide Senior Training Manager. Currently, they are employed at Versace, where they hold the positions of Senior Director Global Retail Excellence and Senior Director Global Learning & Development. With a strong background in training and development, Caroline has accumulated valuable expertise throughout their career.
