Luigi Dainese

Luigi Dainese is an experienced Site Technology Manager at Versalis since January 2015, overseeing a team of 10 employees and ensuring production plants operate efficiently by analyzing performance deviations and proposing solutions. Previously, Luigi served as Power Plant Manager, managing 25 employees and ensuring utility supply to plants and customers. With a background at Versalis SpA and its predecessor Polimeri Europa SpA since 2004, Luigi also worked as a Senior Technologist and Energy Manager and a Product Developer, where collaboration with customers involved characterizing new polyethylene products using advanced analytical techniques. Earlier experiences include roles at Heineken and a research position at the Università degli Studi di Padova, where the focus was on fluorinated compounds for advanced applications. Luigi holds a master's degree in chemistry from the same university, obtained in 2002.
