Aron Fields

Aron Fields has a diverse range of work experience. Aron worked as a Director of Business Analytics at Versant Health from July 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they served as a Business Analysis Manager at Versant Health from November 2018 to July 2021.

Before joining Versant Health, Aron held various roles at Davis Vision. Aron was a Supervisor Business Analyst, Finance from September 2017 to November 2018 and a Senior Business Analyst, Finance from June 2016 to September 2017. In these positions, they were responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making support.

Aron also worked at Visionworks of America, where they held multiple roles. Aron served as a Manager of Marketing Database and Analysis from April 2015 to June 2016, an Inventory Manager - Domestic Frames from November 2014 to April 2015, and an Inventory Analyst from October 2012 to November 2014. In these positions, they played a key role in inventory management, margin reporting, and data analysis.

Aron began their career at EZ's Brick Oven & Grill, where they worked as a First Assistant Manager for over ten years. Aron started at the age of 16 and resigned at the age of 27. In this role, they gained experience in management and worked full-time while pursuing their college education.
