About

The board of directors at Versantis is made up of experienced professionals from a variety of industries and with a wide range of educational backgrounds. The president of the board, Summerhill Consulting, LLC, has a background in finance and strategy from McMaster University. The chairman of the board, Middlesex Hospital, is a senior vice president with Negotiations experience from Bayer HealthCare. The finance, planning, and IT manager at ICI Chlor-Chemicals has a degree in bioengineering from UC San Diego and experience as a Pioneer Fellow from ETH Zurich. And finally, the research assistant at UC San Diego and IT specialist at EPFL complete the board with their experience and education in biopharmaceutics & drug formulation and delivery, as well as cardiovascular biomechanics.
