Here’s how you’ll have a huge impact here – and on your career: 

As Director of Implementations, you will work closely with various product teams, product managers, engineers, marketers, customer success teams, and other internal stakeholders.   The ideal candidate will have:   ·  Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, managing software implementation projects that include  installations, upgrades, customizations, verification, and training. ·   At least 7 years of experience as a technical expert in AR/AP, ERP applications, Gateway implementations, or similar fields, with a solid understanding of various integration and middleware solutions. ·        An advanced degree is preferred, and PMP certification is a plus. ·        Demonstrated experience in leading technical discussions with both business and technical decision-makers, including the ability to detail technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments, and third-party integrations. ·        A proven track record of leveraging technology and AI workflows to modernize the delivery of solutions. ·        If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a cross-functional team, we would love to hear from you.

How you'll make a huge impact here - and on your career:

  • Lead implementations: Manage a portfolio of customer implementations, enhance implementation processes, remediate client escalations, and leverage technology to deliver efficiencies.  Report defects and feature requests via defined workflow and requirements.
  • Develop the team: Lead, manage, train and mentor a group of implementation managers and specialists.  Liaison with developers to expedite bug fixes and new features.
  • **Shepard our strategy:**Develop strategies to manage deliverables, track project plans (Work Breakdown Structures, timelines, training plans and other related contractual milestones etc.), improve reporting and monitor on-going risk, issue and change management.
  • Steward resources: Ensure timely delivery and management of resource and opportunity forecasting, proposal/SOW writing and invoicing status.
  • **Partner across teams:**Collaborate with sales, product, success, and care teams to execute a successful implementation and launch strategy. Support sales in identifying customer upsell opportunities, and facilitate steering committee meetings with executives for enterprise-type clients.
  • Report on progress: Provide regular project portfolio performance reports (revenue recognition forecasts, customer delivery health and project costs and margin, etc.) to customers, directors, executives, cross-functional and technical teams.

  • **Deep expertise:**Adept working in a PMO environment, with knowledge of ERP and Gateway based implementations.
  • Customer Obsession: Superior customer experience mindset throughout the project management lifecycle, taking a customer-first approach to daily conduct and project delivery.
  • **Coaching and coachability:**Possesses the technical and managerial competence to lead a professional services organization with multiple direct reports. Able to work with autonomy but seek guidance, coaching and mentoring as required.
  • Organization: Excellent organization, time management and analytical skills.
  • **Communication:**High level of tact and polish in written and verbal dialogues. Able to simplify complex technology for all types of stakeholders.
  • **Leadership through influence:**Proven history of managing through influence in complex delivery ecosystems and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
