Vice President, Partner Success at Versaterm

Jennifer Schwartz has a solid work experience in various roles within the public safety and human services sectors. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President of Partner Success at Versaterm Public Safety, where they have been since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Partner Success at the same company from January 2022 to July 2023. In 2022, they also founded and became the CEO of Moment of Magnificence, Inc. In 2020, Jennifer joined the Town of Lyons as a member of the Health and Human Services Commission. Jennifer previously worked at the City and County of Denver as a Police Operations Manager from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they served as an Executive Trainer at DeLung International from 2011 to 2016. Jennifer also has experience as the Public Safety Support Services Director at the Pinal County Sheriff's Office from 2009 to 2015, and as a Public Safety Supervisor at the Mesa Police Department from 1996 to 2009.

Jennifer Schwartz, MLS, CPM has a Master of Laws degree in Law, Compliance and Legal Risk from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. Jennifer also holds a CPM (Certified Public Manager) degree in Public Management from Arizona State University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, cum laude, from Central Michigan University. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Risk Performance Psychology, with a focus on the School of Doctoral Studies in the College of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University. Furthermore, Jennifer has also received training from the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University.
