Wayne Green has extensive experience in the fields of client services, CRM tools integration, CRM database administration, and technical consulting.
Wayne has worked as a Director of Client Services at FivePoint Solutions since 2009, where they are responsible for managing consulting engagements and developing project proposals. Prior to this, they worked at the American Cancer Society as a Director of CRM Tools Integration, ensuring alignment between tools and strategy.
Before that, Wayne served as a CRM Database Administrator at Leica Geosystems GIS & Mapping, LLC, where they upgraded the legacy CRM application to a web-based version. Wayne also started their own IT consulting firm, Zelyonyi Consulting, LLC, providing database services to small and medium-sized companies, specializing in CRM development and data services on Microsoft SQL Server-based systems.
Wayne also has experience as a Functional Consultant at Onyx Software, where they led the implementation of development, test, and production environments for CRM projects. Prior to that, they were an Account Director and Senior Technical Consultant at Team IA, implementing document imaging and work-flow systems for healthcare, insurance, and government entities.
Earlier in their career, Wayne worked as a System Administrator at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and as a Field Support Technician at Uniter Parcel Service.
Wayne Green holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, which they obtained in 1994. Wayne later pursued further education at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, receiving a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they completed an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems from the same university from 2005 to 2007.
