Allan Adams

Allan Adams has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Allan began their career in 1996 as the Executive Director of Sales for Patrick Industries, Inc.'s Western Operations. Allan then served as the General Manager for PIN before joining Laminate Works, Inc. as a General Manager in Dallas, Texas. In this role, they managed operations and sales while implementing procedures and overseeing daily activities.

In 2013, Allan joined UFP Industries, where they held various roles, including Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager of Operations. Allan was responsible for staff development, coaching, and evaluating performance in these positions. Allan also worked as the Regional Vice President for UFP Industries' Factory Built Western Division before becoming the UFP Director of Lamination.

Allan's career continued at Rugby Architectural Building Products, where they served as a General Manager, overseeing operations and sales in the Grand Prairie, Texas facility. Allan developed and implemented standard operating procedures and managed various personnel.

Following their time at Rugby, Allan worked at Hollman, Inc., initially as the Continuous Improvement and Culture role, where they coached business leaders and developed performance strategies. Currently, Allan holds the position of Director of Operations at Versatile High-Performance Coatings, leading the efforts in manufacturing and retailing high-performance floor coatings. These coatings are designed for residential, commercial, and industrial concrete floors, and they come with an adhesion warranty.
