Sanjay Rakshit

Sanjay Rakshit has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1996 with Hamilton Technologies Ltd as a Solutions Analyst. In 2000, they joined HCL Technologies as a Project Leader, where they were responsible for development and delivery of projects in accordance with CMM level 5 practices. Sanjay then moved to NCR FSG Ltd. in 2004 as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for developing ATM software products, system testing and system support. In 2008, they joined MGt Plc/PayWizard as a Project Leader. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Paywizard Group plc, first as Head of Product Development and then as Senior Vice President - Products. In 2017, they co-founded Angel Monitors Plc and served as Chief Technology Officer. In 2018, they joined Martin Currie as Head of Artificial Intelligence and User Experience and Head of IT Architecture and UX. In 2020, they were a Guest Lecturer, TA and Marker at The University of Edinburgh and Head of Products and R&D at TranSwap. Since 2022, they have been CTO and CPO at Versational.

Sanjay Rakshit obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2014. In August 2017, they obtained a Certified Product Manager certification from the Association of International Product Marketing & Management. From 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh. In 2019, they continued their studies at The University of Edinburgh, earning a Master of Science in Speech and Language Processing in 2020.
