Ryan Kladar

Ryan Kladar is a Senior Analytics Engineer at Verse since December 2022, where Ryan focuses on data management and engineering, contributing to the company's growth following a $20 million Series A funding round led by Google Ventures. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Fluence in various positions, including Manager of Analytics Engineering, where Ryan was instrumental in developing reporting tools and leading algorithmic bidding products in the Australian market. Earlier experience includes roles at AMS, where Ryan designed a comprehensive analytics solution, and Strategen, where Ryan provided consulting and research support for energy storage developers and the wholesale energy market. Ryan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
