Thomas Battcock has a diverse work experience. Thomas started their career as a Player Support at Jagex from 2011 to 2012. Later, they worked as a Student Teacher at the University of Brighton in 2013. In 2014, Thomas joined VerseOne Group as a Node/angular developer and eventually became the developer team lead. Thomas then became the Head of implementation and Technical services in 2021 and is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success. In 2016, Thomas also worked as a Director at Brass Comet.

Thomas Battcock completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Brighton, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended shrewsbury sixth form from 2007 to 2009, focusing on the field of Computing.
