Elizabeth has extensive experience in strategic HR planning, total rewards, and HR operations. Elizabeth has successfully implemented various HR initiatives, such as centralizing service centers, automating processes, and integrating compensation and benefits programs. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
