Richard Griggs

Richard Griggs has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role is as a Principal Infrastructure Analyst at Versiti Inc. starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Stone Plastics and Manufacturing, Inc. as an IT Systems and Support Manager from 2012 to 2018, where they were responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, development, and support staff. Before that, they held positions such as a Senior Systems Engineer at Cherry Street Health Services in 2011, a Consultant at C/D/H from 2010 to 2011, and a Senior Systems Consultant at ISG from 2007 to 2010. Richard Griggs also has experience as a Senior Network Engineer at Hart & Cooley, a Senior Consultant/Manager at Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, a Senior Consultant/Manager at SS&C Technologies/Shepro Braun, and a Technical Support Specialist at ASAP Software. Richard Griggs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Andrews University between 1984 and 1988. Richard has obtained several additional certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level 4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, MCSA: Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft in 2012, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft in 2011, and various MCTS certifications from Microsoft in 2010. Richard also holds a CNE 5 certification from Novell, and additional MCTS certification from Microsoft.
