Phil Hartley

Phil Hartley has extensive experience in communications, business development, and management. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Verso Corporation since February 2014, Phil leads internal and external communication initiatives for the Central Wisconsin team. Prior to this role, Phil was the Director of Business Development at Heart of Wisconsin, where contributions focused on aiding local businesses in growth and development from startup to established enterprises. Additionally, Phil served as Executive Director of SWC Humane Society and held sales and marketing management positions at Stora Enso for over a decade. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and a Certificate of Business Teaching from Husson University.
