Orlando Cardoso

Orlando Cardoso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and commercial management. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at VERSPIEREN PORTUGAL since January 2022, Orlando leads the newly created Business Development Unit, focusing on stimulating and diversifying commercial teams. Prior to this role, Orlando spent three decades at Generali, where responsibilities included Head of Operational Marketing & Commercial Development, overseeing a team of 28 and managing integration processes, commercial action plans, and budgeting.
