Lou Ordorica

Lou Ordorica has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Lou has held positions in companies such as Vertafore, Four Winds Interactive, University of Colorado Boulder, Salzman Consulting Svc, Symplified, Inc., WebAchievers LLC, Reseller Marketing Services, LLC, and Sun Microsystems Inc.

At Vertafore, Lou is currently working as a Principal UX/UI Designer, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience for insurance providers and consumers.

Before joining Vertafore, Lou worked as the Director of Product UX at Four Winds Interactive. Lou also served as a Senior UX Designer during their tenure at the company.

At the University of Colorado Boulder, Lou held roles as a Senior UI/UX Technical Lead and a Senior UI/UX Developer. Lou was responsible for implementing user-centric design practices, conducting field research, and building intuitive interfaces to enhance the digital experiences of students, faculty, and staff.

Lou also founded WebAchievers LLC, a social media agency that provided services such as social media marketing, user experience design, and content strategy to a range of clients, including enterprise-class organizations, NGOs, non-profits, and small businesses.

Additionally, Lou served as a Senior Community Manager at Reseller Marketing Services, LLC, where they built online communities and managed social media marketing programs in the IT channel.

Lastly, Lou began their career at Sun Microsystems Inc., where they held various roles, including Community Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Knowledge Engineering Manager, Knowledge Engineer, and Technical Writer. In these roles, they focused on supporting web marketing initiatives, improving customer support resources, and providing technical training to IT professionals.
