Idicula Philip

Idicula Philip serves as the Vice President and Head of People Operations at Verteil Technologies Pvt Ltd, a start-up focused on innovative airline distribution solutions aligned with IATA’s NDC initiative. With extensive experience at IBS Software, Idicula held multiple roles, including Business Partner HR and Head of Talent Management for the Consulting & Domain Services unit, which is the most significant strategic business unit within IBS. Previous positions at IBS included Senior Project Manager, where Idicula managed service delivery for key accounts, as well as roles as PMO, Process Analyst, and Business Analyst. Idicula holds an MBA from PSG College of Technology and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science & Technology.
