Chief Financial Officer at Vertem

Antonio Ventura has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Antonio began their career as a Summer Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2002. Antonio then worked as an Analyst at Fiducia Asset Management from 2003 to 2005, followed by a role as an Analyst at Maxima Asset Management from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Antonio joined BTG Pactual as an Associate Director, where they worked until 2012. During their time at BTG Pactual, they gained valuable experience in financial analysis and management.

Antonio then transitioned into the renewable energy sector, joining Brazil Energy I BW Guirapa I S.A. in 2012 as a Financial Manager. Antonio later took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at the same company from 2013 to 2017. During their tenure, they played a key role in project financing and was responsible for the analysis of new investments and M&A opportunities in the renewable energy industry.

In 2017, Antonio took up two concurrent roles. Antonio served as the Chief Financial Officer at GranIHC Services S.A., specializing in financial management for the services industry. Additionally, they became a Board Observer at Dome Serviços Integrados, providing strategic insight and guidance.

Antonio's career then took him to Volanty, a technology startup in the automotive sector, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2021. Antonio played a crucial role in the company's M&A process, where Volanty was acquired by Creditas. Following the acquisition, Antonio was invited to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer at Voltz Motors, another investment of the Creditas Group.

Most recently, Antonio joined Vertem in 2023 as their Chief Financial Officer. The precise details of their role at Vertem are yet to be revealed, but their extensive experience in finance and management make him a valuable asset to the company.

Antonio Ventura completed their undergraduate studies from 1999 to 2004 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they earned a degree in Civil Production Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at Ibmec, from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
