Johnny Chi We Wei

Johnny Chi We Wei has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Johnny Chi We co-founded Vertem in 2019, where they serve as the Head of New Business, focusing on digital transformation and the development of ecosystems. Johnny Chi We also founded Tradeback in 2018, a startup within the Vertem Group that provides dynamic pricing software to the Brazilian retail market. Additionally, Johnny co-founded Greeners in 2021.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Johnny worked as the COO at LTM Fidelidade from 2013 to 2019, where they helped companies leverage loyalty and incentive strategies. Johnny Chi We was also a Managing Partner at Locomotiva Negocios Emergentes from 2010 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Johnny held various roles at Grupo Schincariol and Nestlé, including VP Comercial and Strategic Planning Director at Grupo Schincariol, and Business Director - Regionalization and BOP, and Head of Business at Nestlé.
